Adiant Advisors And Bejulo To Build A 5 MW Plant

The Swiss company Adiant Advisors and the project developer bejulo GmbH from Mainz, Germany, have announced the signing of an EPC contract for the installation and maintenance of a PV park in central England. The system will be installed in Astley with a capacity of 5 MW. The grid connection is scheduled for the end of March 2016.

According to the partners, the installation of the PV system faces particular challenges like a very tight schedule and difficult weather conditions to be expected in the UK in winter. Nevertheless, the British project developer SBC Renewables, bejulo and Adiant are confident that the system will be going into operation on schedule. The construction is announced to start shortly.

The mounting system will be delivered by German manufacturer Schletter. Modules from Risen Energy will produce the solar power which will be fed into the grid by inverters from SMA Solar Technology AG. Furthermore, local companies with detailed knowledge of the local requirements are used for the construction site setup and the mechanical and electrical implementation.
