Deals worth of £14 billion were signed on June 17th 2014 at the British Commonwealth Building, London, marking the start of a new era between Britain and China. ZNSHINE SOLAR and MAP Environmental, a British organization specialized in renewable technologies, will invest together an overall £400 million in the development of solar powered projects. This corresponds to approximately 400 MW of installed capacity. The General Manager of ZNSHINE SOLAR, William Wang, commented: "We are proud of cooperating with a valuable partner in supporting the UK´s commitment to reducing its carbon footprint."

The deal between ZNSHINE SOLAR and MAP Environmental is the largest of its kind in the UK and marks a significant step towards achieving the goal of reducing carbon emissions in the UK by 80% by the year 2050.
