UFW Strengthens IBC Solar Partnership In UK

News

UK based alternative energy solutions provider UFW continues to build on its partnership with IBC Solar,  a supplier of photovoltaic (PV) systems, and has recently sold more than 10MW of products across domestic and commercial sites in the UK; significantly growing its market share.

As part of its wide portfolio of renewable energy solutions, UFW has seen significant interest from installers since partnering the German based organisation to distribute the sophisticated PV solutions "“ the success prompted the company to renew its agreement in May last year.

UFW's business development advisor, David Taylor, believes that solar as a source for alternative energy has "˜significant potential for growth', with interest from both businesses and homeowners alike fuelled by spiralling energy costs and positive green credentials.

He said: "Since entering into an agreement with IBC SOLAR in May last year we have received a significant number of orders on products for installation on residential and commercial properties "“ a good indication of the importance now placed on reducing energy costs and investing in more sustainable solutions.

"We chose to partner with IBC as we believe the quality of the panels and systems they produce is aligned to our own ethos, to deliver excellence to our customers in everything we do "“ from the installer through to the end user, product through to installation and service.

"As an added benefit we offer all of our customers making an order "“ irrespective of quantity - the ability to work with a team who can advise which product is most suited to the property in question, taking in to consideration a number of key factors including size and location."

Leicestershire based UFW distributes a wide range of renewable solutions including wind turbines, and recently signed an exclusivity deal with US based manufacturer Bergey Wind Power to distribute its 6kw and 10kw turbines across the UK.

Taylor concluded: "UFW ensures quality throughout the company, from the level of service we provide to the training given to our staff. We pride ourselves on customer satisfaction and see this as an integral and core part of our business." IBC SOLAR shares this commitment, which makes this strategic partnership not only fruitful for both companies, but also beneficial for the customer.
