CCL Components Announces Trina Distribution Deal
CCL Components, a Glasgow-based reseller of renewable, portable, and backup power solutions has announced a distribution agreement with PV module manufacturer Trina Solar.
CCL is now stocking the 250W polycrystalline and 260W monocrystalline modules from Trina Solar's Honey range.
The partnership comes as CCL increases its focus on the module distribution market, having previously specialised in inverters, batteries, chargers, and DC solutions.
"CCL identified Trina Solar as a manufacturer whose business philosophy matched its own," said Managing Director Paul R Brooks. "The range of products on the market is expanding rapidly, and more and more installation companies are diversifying into solar PV. In this climate, it is important for distributors to act as more than just wholesalers. At CCL we focus on understanding customer needs and providing high-quality sales and technical support; this matches what we saw of the way that Trina Solar operates."
