Segen To Offer Hyundai Panels

News

Segen has added  the new black framed, Hyundai 260w panels to its current range of Hyundai products. As part of Segen's drive to reduce negative market impact of the anticipated EU anti-dumping tariffs, Segen is expanding its portfolio of PV panels to meet customer demand. Manufactured in South Korea, Hyundai panels offer a respected brand name, with stock readily available through the Segen Portal.

The new monocrystalline black framed panels offer efficiencies of up to 16.1% and an output power tolerance +3/-0%. Hyundai provides a 25 year power warranty as standard and all panels have bypass diodes to prevent power decrease from partial shade Hyundai panels are renowned for their compact, lightweight design and the option to mount on all four sides of the panel allow for quick and easy installation.

Andy Pegg, CEO at Segen, said: "Installers are already facing an inevitable increase in PV panel costs due to the EU Anti-Dumping Tariff, which is in turn driving demand for high yielding panels that will not be affected by the legislation. At Segen we are keen to ensure we offer products in line with installer requirements.  The introduction of this reliable, high-yielding panel is part of this focus."

Andy Lee at Hyundai, adds: "HYUNDAI have been working with Segen Ltd since 2011 as reliable partner in UK solar market. It is our pleasure to launch our 260W mono crystalline solar modules through Segen".
