Wagner Solar Has A New TRIC For Installers

News

Wagner Solar UK Ltd has introduced a new TRIC for installers of solar technology. The new TRIC, the company says, is simple "“ let us show you the way to a quick and easy, time and money saving installation.

The solution, they say "“ the TRIC F box, an extremely low ballast flat roof racking system suitable for all types of industrial flat roofs.

Commenting on this new development is Christof Biba, Head of PV Sales at the parent company Wagner &Co, "We have been closely watching developments in the UK market and we see an increasing shift towards commercial installations over the coming months. With this in mind, we have developed the TRIC F box specifically with countries like the UK in mind, where we see this time and money saving product becoming a vital part of installers' daily lives."

The secret of the TRIC F box is the lightweight design which can be installed with just two tools, minimising installation time the company says by up to 50% compared to conventional alternatives and at the same time reducing the required ballast dramatically.

"From the outset, our TRIC racking systems have been designed and developed with the installers needs in mind "“ this has been characterised by the pre-assembled components which speed up installation and make them easy to handle. Our TRIC F box continues in this direction." says Jan Stasik, Technical Manager at Wagner Solar UK Ltd.

The TRIC F box is available in two variations making southern orientations as well as east / west orientations of solar power systems possible. The panels are always installed vertically. Due to an angle of 10°, the usable roof area can be increased to 65 per cent for southern orientation and 95 per cent for east / west systems respectively, both of which could lead to higher rates of return for end consumers.

The company say s the aerodynamically optimised and lightweight design gives the advantage of minimum ballast which can be as low as 5kg per panel, significantly reducing the structural load without penetrating the roofing.

Wagner Solar provide customised structural dimensioning of the installation at no extra cost, so installers of this new racking system know exactly how the system should be installed.

The TRIC F box comes with a 10 year product warranty.
