PV Company Green Electrician Heats Up Options

News

The Green Electrician Group Ltd, a UK's installer of solar PV and energy efficient technologies, announced the launch of a new Heat Division. The new division will be headed by Matthew Evans, who has more than 10 years of specialist engineering experience in the design and installation of commercial, industrial and domestic renewable heat technologies. The company will offer products and services from ground source heat pumps to biomass boilers, as well as expertise in the design, supply and installation of heating, hot water and cooling systems.

The new development comes as The Green Electrician celebrates a record year, with turnover exceeding £18 million, and more than 4.3MW of solar PV installed in projects across the UK.

Matthew Evans, Technical Director of The Green Electrician Group, comments, "I am really pleased to be joining the group, bringing my knowledge and experience to helping further grow and develop this area for customers. We have some great products to work with and look forward to creating a more energy efficient and greener outlook for our clients."

Rupert Higgin, Managing Director of The Green Electrician Group, also comments, "This is a great extension of our business as it enhances our product and services portfolio, whilst helping our customers take advantage of financial initiatives such as the Renewable Heat Incentive. With the addition of innovative heat technology, we can provide a complete end to end renewable energy service to our customers."

The Green Electrician Group was established as a specialist solar PV installer in 2007, providing systems for clients in the domestic, commercial, agricultural and public sectors.  The company has since expanded to offer renewable energy systems, energy management and distribution services.
