Solar Electricity Company Announce Plug-in AC Solar Panel
The Solar Electricity Company has announced the introduction of the first AC "˜Plug in Solar' panel to the UK market. This fully scalable and adaptable modular system will allow for systems to be increased in size as demand and budgets allow. This will enable everyone to benefit from fuel savings through renewable energy generation.
"˜Plug in Solar' is supplied in a box, is easy to set up and plugs into any mains socket just like a kettle. The solar panels can be positioned on a patio, balcony, in the garden to sheds or pergolas (with additional fixings).
No specialist tools or electrical experience are required.
The Solar Electricity Company hope these panels will be of interest not only to the domestic market, but also to assist installers, developers and the social housing sector to incorporate smaller PV solar systems at a fraction of the cost of full systems.
These panels have been fully tested and comply with IEC 61215 / 61730 / 61727 / 62116 / BABT 8510 / G83/1-1*3 and carry the appropriate CE and TUV Rheinland marks.
The Solar Electricity Company will be exhibiting at the forthcoming Ecobuild exhibition at the Excel Centre, London between 20-22 March.
The Solar Electricity Company are installers and distributors of Enecsys Micro Inverters, modules including Sanyo/Panasonic, Sunpower, ET, REC and Suntech and BIPV solutions from Easyroof and Polysolar.
