Taiwanese Win In India

Ares International Corp. recently
signed a distribution agreement with Blue Star Limited, a famous India-based
information security company, to authorize the latter to promote and sell the
PKI information security products and solutions developed by Ares.

Based on its professional ability of
information security solutions and promotional power of local channel and
marketing, Blue Star will offer local market analysis, be responsible for sales
of ARES uPKI products and solutions while setting up
the Validation Authority (VA) centre to gradually develop and expand the sales
of ARES uPKI products and solutions in India.

Frank Lin, Ares president, indicated Ares has
been developing information security solutions for years and spares no effort in
the sales of PKI concept and solutions both locally and internationally. Ares has assisted the Guatemala government to set up electronic
signature Customs system, invested in BLITZ, the SWIFT partner in
Vietnam, and signed a distribution
agreement with World Distribution Nepal Pvt. Ltd. (Group) (WDN), a Nepal-based
system integrator representing products from major international companies such
as Oracle, Dell, Cisco and Toshiba. The agreement with Blue Star, Lin added, is another international sales milestone
for Ares and key indicator for another success of the information security
export of Ares.

Lin noted that
India is one of the BRIC countries,
with population the second largest globally. Hence, the India market has
significant growth potential. Blue Star's parent group is the largest air
conditioning and commercial-use refrigeration equipment company in
India, with annual turnover at around
22.7 billion rupees (about US$4.8 billion). Blue Star specializes in information
security solutions such as identity verification, encryption, key management and
management of compatibility and security information. Blue Star has learned the
excellent contribution and long-term deployment in information security of Ares
and acknowledges its international marketing ability. Therefore, it has strived
to cooperate with Ares in India. Additionally, Blue Star can
complement Ares in information security. With the
massive channel ability of its parent group, Blue Star is bound to add
significant value to Ares in promoting information security
export.

For
years, Ares has been promoting the self-developed PKI
information security products and solutions and has won solid approval from
governmental institutions and commercial enterprises in Taiwan and
abroad. In the future, Ares will apply its successful
experiences in cross-Taiwan Strait and its export strength to promote its
information security solutions in Southeast Asia, Latin America, Central Asia and other regions. Ultimately, Ares will establish a global network from its R&D base in
Taiwan.
