MEMSCAPs stockholders have approved the acquisition of JDS Uniphase’s Cronos MEMS division.
MEMSCAPs stockholders have approved the acquisition of JDS Uniphase's Cronos MEMS division.
To finance the takeover, MEMSCAP will increase its capitalisation to 65mn shares through the issue to JDS Uniphase of 4m common shares and 6.5mn shares of common stock with warrants. The increase took effect October 31.
Financing of the company's new MEMS fabrication facility in Bernin, France, has also been completed.
