PHS MEMS To Provide Volume Manufacturing
PHS MEMS is to provide volume manufacturing of Microlab's line of high
performance RF MEMS switches (MagLatch). Microlab has been using its own
pilot fabrication line to develop products and produce samples.
Using PHS
MEMS' process capabilities in Grenoble, France, Microlab anticipates moving
into fully qualified production in early 2003.
Microlab CEO Bill Sheppard says: Our relationship with PHS MEMS will allow
Microlab to quickly ramp production volumes during the first quarter of 2003
in order to meet anticipated demand.'
