November IC Sales Hit $12.68bn

The World Semiconductor Trade Statistics (WSTS) organisation issued IC sales figures for November 2002. The world total came to $12.680bn, up 19.6% on November 2001.

Europe experienced 12.2% growth to $2.602bn. Asia Pacific registered the largest increase of 33.5% to $4.618bn. Japan saw sales of $2.834bn, up 21.9%, and the Americas $6.626bn (+5.0%).
